Normalerweise darf man an der NSLU nur 2 Festplatten betreiben. Nachdem ich nun Debian-Linux installiert habe, wollte ich der Sache dann doch mal auf den Grund gehen.
Nachdem Michael mir gesagt hat, dass aktive USB-Hubs wohl funktionieren würden, habe ich das Ganze gleich mal mit einem passiven USB-Hub probiert. Was soll ich sagen? Alles funktioniert einwandfrei! Ich habe jetzt an Port 1 meinen 1GB USB-Stick mit Debian-System und an Port 2 einen passiven Ednet-USB-Hub (4 Ports) mit insgesamt 3 Festplatten angeschlossen. Alle Platten werden von Debian wunderbar erkannt. Was will man mehr? 🙂
